Insane was harder no doubt, but once I slowed down, stopped being so aggressive, it became my preferred way to play the campaign, especially on couch co-op. It just feels more intense because if you mess up you wont survive. The ammo consumption is a problem though. Boltok is king.

I played brink on my xbox360 somewhere in 2010's. Didn't understand much, because I'm not a native english speaker and was just learning the language at the time. I can say that I liked it despite having jailbreaked xbox360 and not going online at all. I understood that the game was a kind of a disappointment but remembered it as good game still. I absolutely love the design, customization and main music theme is still with me through the years.

Did the same challenge, do them for all Gears games (including no upgrades to Jack on Insane Gears 5 solo) and I honestly think avoiding the barge with Palace Guards to fight was the hardest thing i've ever done on Gears 🤣

I beat GoW2 on insane by playing it pretty much like I would on normal. It sucks at first but eventually insane feels like hardcore while hardcore feels like normal

So I've been playing gears of war 3 on insane difficulty for about 6 months cuz of the final mission

I'm gonna be totally real I don't even know why I care so much but you calling the hammerburst the "hammerhead" totally turned me off of this video. I was hoping it was just a slip of the tongue the first time you said it, but the second time you said it I'm ready to click off the video now. It makes it seem like you don't care about the game or your content when you can't bother to learn the name of one of the most iconic weapons in gaming that some people who don't even play GoW might recognize. It comes off as incompetent and disingenuous. There's also other parts of the video where you're just wrong about what's happening on screen, like at 5:02 where you call a random gear Carmine, then conveniently skip over the actual Carmine's death. It may seem minor but this just rubs me the wrong way, in a really annoying way. it almost seems like your script was written by someone with absolutely zero knowledge of the game you're playing.

Really? It’s harder than gears 1 and 2? I completed gears 1 on insane a few years ago and recently I completed gears 2 on insane. Gears 2 wasn’t that bad, but gears 1 with the corpser fight and raam… I can’t imagine gears 3 being even harder than that.

I know it’s been three months but if you shoot the beserkers one time with the sky laser then frag tag them they die right then and there.

I feel your pain. I compleyed it to prove my metal as a gear but got all three games insane achievements. I did it solo as im a lone wolf. Fun fact when i finished this at my uni flat and made one of my flatmates run to the kitchen asking what happened he flipped when he saw i beat it after hes seen me go through this for days. I had classes and final work to do.

Gears 3 was easy af on Insane.....

I’ve beaten the entire trilogy on insane and I can say for sure that the barg part in this game is by far the hardest most frustrating part of all the games and that’s saying something. I literally had to look up a guide and even then it’s almost complete luck. The trick is staying behind the building in the middle at the right angle where you MIGHT NOT get hit by the explosions. Even then you’re constantly being flanked by elite Therons. I never wanna do that again 💀

The zipwire bridge section is ass. So is the armored kantas with the serapedes and the queen mira fight. I raged so hard on those sections.
